“CONFIDENCE IS KEY”… CAMPERS MAKE HUGE STRIDES ON CONFIDENCE COURSE     

Big dividends were dealt out aboard MMA’s Confidence Course as campers learned that to lend a helping hand to a fellow team member can be key to team success, having faith in their fellow team members in return, the true meaning of trust, and a whole lot more to boot!

Campers worked together on missions as simple as helping each other pass by one another while steadying one’s self aboard an elevated log, and missions as complex as how to move eight men to the top of a ten-foot platform with nothing more than a flat surface to traverse their team upward…last man has no hand up other than those atop the ten-foot platform.

Confidentially, campers enjoyed themselves tremendously on this event. As they finished up with a belly-crawl under low-lying plastic-coated wire, each would stand tall to brush shirts and trousers free of layers of dirt, emitting a dark cloud guaranteed to rival a Wyoming dust storm…grinning all the while.  The cleaners will have their work cut out for them tonight, and HEADS UP, Campers’ MOMS – these clothes are going to be crispy clean by the time you lay eyes on ‘em…OORAH!
